RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All new with tags, secondhand, and vintage items are final sale. We take great care to accurately describe any flaws an item may have. Please read all of the item descriptions and additional information thoroughly prior to purchasing. Vintage and secondhand items are likely to have minor flaws or wear consistent with age. Examples of minor flaws include, but are not limited to: pilling, loose threads, markings, discolorations, and other signs of wear from the past owner/age. Take note that vintage sizing is inconsistent with modern sizing. We provide the vintage sizing within the descriptions but provide a 'Best sizes fit' descriptor and measurements for more accurate sizing. Measurements provide the most accurate guide to ensure you are purchasing the correct fit. In the case that you believe we overlooked a major flaw or defect that was not listed in the item description, please submit a claim within 10 days of delivery receipt. You can submit a claim here: Rare Fien Claim Form. Upon approval of your claim, a return label will be provided by Rare Fien. Once the defective item has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund and you will be notified by email. Any claims submitted after 10 days of delivery receipt will not be accepted.
