Shipping policy


FULLFILLMENT & SHIPPING
At Rare Fien, we process orders punctually during regular working hours (Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am-5pm CST). All orders are shipped via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We only provide shipping throughout the United States at this time. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that small processing delays may occur during sales, holidays, and other high-volume fulfillment periods. If you have special requests for different shipping options, rates, or delivery times, please contact us at orders@rarefien.com.


Once an item has been shipped, Rare Fien is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment a claim can be filed with the shipping service provider used. Packages sent with USPS Priority Mail include insurance up to $100 through USPS. You can file a claim with USPS here, File a USPS Claim: Domestic. Please take care to ensure that all addresses provided are accurate and complete. If you have entered the wrong address by mistake, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with your correct address. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number, yet the recipient is unable to locate their package, Rare Fien is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.
